Facility Management Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Secretary to support our Facility Management team.
Job Description:- Draft and process purchase orders, payment letters, internal memos, and other correspondence.
- Communicate with tenants, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare and update overtime sheets, attendance records, and daily operational logs.
- Organize, maintain, and archive property and departmental documents (hard copy & electronic).
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and answer phone and email inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant in a technical, maintenance, facilities, or construction environment. Excellent written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information discreetly are also necessary. Proven customer service and interpersonal skills are a must.
