Business HR Advisor

In this critical HR Business Partner role, you will be responsible for aligning human resources practices with business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Providing guidance on organizational design, change management, and talent planning.
Employee Relations:
- You will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations issues, conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:
- You will guide managers in the performance management process, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews, identify performance gaps and work with managers to develop improvement plans, and ensure performance management practices are fair and consistent.
HR Compliance:
- You will ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and stay up-to-date on HR best practices and trends.
Other Duties:
- You will participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed, analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making, support other HR functions, such as compensation and benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR generalist or business partner.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
