Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our showroom team in wooden doors, kitchens, wardrobes, and cabinets sales.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Promote and sell products to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide expert product knowledge to customers, assisting them in selecting the best solutions for their interior design projects.
  • Maintain a well-presented showroom with all products properly displayed and easily accessible.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet customer demands.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in showroom sales management, preferably in wooden doors, kitchens, wardrobes, or cabinets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English (preferred).
