Strategic Valuation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance and Valuation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our corporate finance and valuation practice, you will play a vital role in advising clients on strategic financial matters and providing robust valuations across multiple sectors and deal stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume an active role on client engagements, managing teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Perform independent valuations for financial instruments, businesses, tangible and intangible assets, equity and debt securities, for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, dispute resolution, financial reporting, restructuring, and financial advisory.
- Build and analyze financial models, assessing assumptions and data that underlie the model.
- Conduct industry research and understand drivers of growth within an industry/sector, identifying relevant trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
- Review and analyze historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets to identify risks or price affecting considerations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in financial advisory, preferably with significant exposure in a Big-4 financial advisory, an investment bank or boutique advisory firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory, fluency in Arabic would be a strong plus.
- Cross-sectorial experience is an advantage.
- Project management skills demonstrated with experiences managing individual and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage business development, including through competitive proposals.

- Demonstrated hypothesis-driven problem solving and transaction skills with exceptional ability to build structured quantitative and qualitative analysis; sound business judgment and problem framing.
- Goal driven – focused on helping the clients to understand issues and resolve key questions, ability to drive through to an outcome and to gain stakeholder support in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity.
