Job Overview

CAPAGO is seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to visa applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns via various communication channels.

  • Utilise product knowledge to assist customers in understanding visa application options, requirements, and processes.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate unresolved cases as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Matric in customer service related field; Tertiary qualifications is an added advantage.

  • Previous customer service experience or in a call centre position is preferred.

">

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment.

">

  • Fluent in English and Arabic - mandatory; French is a big plus.
