Location: Al Asimah, Kuwait

About JAMEIA:

JAMEIA is a leading E-commerce company based in Kuwait, seeking an exceptional Warehouse Executive Director to oversee our warehouse operations. Our goal is to provide the best customer experience while maintaining high efficiency and precision.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 5,500 KWD per month (based on industry standards), depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operation and efficient use of resources.
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to achieve optimal performance.
  • Control stock levels, minimize costs, and implement effective inventory management practices.
  • Coordinate supplier deliveries, scheduling, and receiving goods in a timely manner.
  • Implement and maintain efficient processes to optimize warehouse productivity and quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role with excellent knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and best practices.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and numerical abilities.
  • Proficient in inventory software, databases, and systems, with the ability to work under pressure and be available all the time.
  • Able to fix any issue that may arise and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
