Project Documentation Manager

A Project Documentation Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of project documentation, from initial creation to final archival. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, managing document revisions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in document management, as well as experience working with complex documentation systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including designs, procedures, instructions, product certification, and records
  2. Manage document revisions, ensuring that all changes are tracked and approved
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including quality assurance and occupational health and safety standards
  4. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement effective document control procedures
  5. Develop and maintain document control registers, procedures, and policies
