Job Title: Curriculum Development Leader

Position Overview:

This leadership role is pivotal in driving instructional excellence and curriculum development across all departments. A collaborative leader with a strong background in educational leadership or curriculum design is required to support faculty in creating impactful learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting best teaching practices, learning, and instructional innovation, while maintaining academic integrity, relevance, and innovation in our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and align curricula across departments.
  • Partner with faculty to enhance course design and assessment strategies.
  • Promote effective teaching practices, student learning, and instructional innovation.
  • Design and deliver professional development on curriculum and teaching.
  • Guide program and course approval processes.
  • Evaluate and maintain consistency and quality in curriculum delivery.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
  • Experience in curriculum development, teaching innovation, or instructional leadership.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Understanding of pedagogy, instructional design, and program evaluation.
  • A proactive mindset with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • International or multicultural experience is preferred.
