About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Event Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and programming audio-visual systems, as well as providing live event services for ceremonies, concerts, and other events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Execution: Provide live event services for ceremonies, concerts, and other events, including digital audio system setup and operation, live video system setup and operation, and event lighting system setup and operation.
  • Auditorium Maintenance: Maintain deployable audio and visual systems to manufacturer's standards, with all equipment being deployable with minimal notice.
  • Schedule Management: Maintain event schedules and installations, resolving scheduling conflicts as needed.
Requirements
  • Education/Certifications: A high school diploma or equivalent, along with active Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain clearance, meeting NIPRNET access requirements outlined in AR 25-2.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication of technical information in English, both written and verbal.
  • Customer Service: Customer service training is also required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Infocom CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D certification.
  • AMX, ACE-D, ACE-I and ACE-P certifications.
Experience
  • 1-2 years customer service experience.
  • 2 or more years live event production experience, specializing in one major discipline: Audio, Video or Lighting.
Working Conditions
  • Must work in extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions.
