Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise daily operations at cement and acid blending plants, ensuring accurate preparation and timely dispatch of materials.
  2. Troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuity.
  3. Maintain accurate records of blending processes, inventory levels, and product quality.
  4. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards.
  5. Oversee inventory levels of cement, acid, and other chemicals, controlling wastage and maintaining readiness for field operations.

Requirements
A Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, or an associated Engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering is required. A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in bulk plant operations or a related field is preferred.
