Job Overview

This internship is part of the Gulf Area Office, where you will assist in strengthening and maintaining public sector partnerships with MOFA and KFUND, as well as private sector partnerships with foundations and charities, including high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and arrange media and communication events for current and new partnerships.
  • Develop new project proposals and concept notes for existing and/or new partners.
  • Track and document partner engagement and stewardship activities.
  • Research and identify potential new private and public partners for UNICEF Kuwait.
  • Create and organize engagement plans and activities.
  • Maintain a list of potential partners and track outreach efforts.
  • Prepare briefing and record notes for meetings with partners.
  • Conduct research for partner engagement and new partnership opportunities.
  • Provide support in drafting and organizing formal letters, correspondences, and fundraising documents.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to partner management, such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business Management, Political Science, Communications and Media, or Public Relations.
  • Experience in portfolio management, media and communications, public relations, client relationships, and service.
  • Excellent verbal communication, research, and writing skills in both Arabic and English.
