Job Title: Woodwork Specialist - Supervising Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Woodwork Specialist to join our team at Mahatta Trading Co. as a Supervising Craftsman. As a key member of our carpentry team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures made of wood and plywood.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and experience in leading teams. You will be expected to follow blueprints, sketches, or building plans to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the work of carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure high-quality finishes and timely completion of projects.
- Inspect work in progress to identify and correct any errors or defects.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in carpentry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
