We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to lead our HSE initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs that promote a safe and healthy work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to drive cultural change within our organization.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk registers.
- Investigate incidents and provide training to employees.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Promote sustainability and minimize environmental impact.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Certifications: Possession of two or more HSE certifications, such as NEBOSH, ICertOSH, or ASSE Certificate in Global Safety Management.
