Risk Management Expert: Shaping a Safer Future
The HSE Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization maintains a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental protection. This includes developing and implementing effective risk management strategies, conducting regular audits and inspections, and providing training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of HSE performance metrics and conduct regular audits and inspections.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience working in Oil and Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical industry.
- Strong understanding of HSE management systems and auditing procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- HSE certifications such as General Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene, ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, ICertOSH, ASSE Certificate in Global Safety Management or equivalent courses.
