Project Portfolio Management Expert
  • Prioritize Strategic Initiatives: Translate long-term vision into executable roadmaps, cascade OKRs/KPIs, and maintain a single source of truth for multiple markets.
  • Own Project Governance: Establish and maintain the PM framework, risk register, and funding stage-gates; ensure auditable compliance with governing policies.
  • Steer Enterprise Portfolios: Run prioritization workshops, govern master schedules, and monitor CAPEX/OPEX dashboards with finance teams.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Support process optimization and partner with technology teams on ERP, business apps, data-warehouse, and automation projects.
  • Elevate Performance Management: Co-lead senior-management reviews, deliver automated Business Intelligence dashboards, and lock in corrective-action owners and deadlines.
  • Prove Value Creation: Maintain initiative value registers, track revenue uplift, cost optimization, and NPV, and ensure post-implementation benefit-realization reviews are completed.
  • Lead & Develop Talent: Mentor a multidisciplinary team and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive project portfolio management and strategy execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, governance, and leadership.

Key Requirements
  • 7–10 years of experience in PMO, strategy-execution, or transformation roles, including 1–3 years in a PMO-leadership or relevant managerial capacity.
  • PMP or PgMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is advantageous.
  • Prosci/ADKAR, Balanced-Scorecard Professional, or similar accreditation valued.
  • Proven delivery of high-value programs in complex environments.
  • Hands-on experience with portfolio tracking and executive-level performance reporting.
