Job Overview:

Last Mile Operations Trainer

Keeta is seeking an experienced trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering structured training programs and coaching delivery riders on the use of company applications, routing systems, and standard operating procedures.

The Last Mile Operations Trainer will be responsible for ensuring riders understand and follow customer service protocols, as well as maintaining accurate training attendance records and performance data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training programs to new and existing delivery riders.
  • Coach riders on road safety, traffic laws, and proper goods handling.
  • Evaluate training outcomes through assessments and field ride-alongs.
  • Provide actionable feedback and coaching to riders.
  • Support the onboarding process for new riders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a trainer or in last-mile delivery operations.
  • Strong knowledge of delivery procedures, safety practices, and customer service expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach and motivate individuals effectively.
  • Good command of local language(s) and/or English.
