Job Title:

Sustainable Environmental Restoration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled estimator to join our organization at Worley. In this critical role, you will play a key part in extending the management of the KERP program for another five years.

With a strong background in civil construction or road projects, you will be responsible for preparing material takeoffs on complex projects, reviewing and validating estimates, and developing procedures for preparation of estimates.

You will work closely with clients, lead estimating organizations, and contribute to the development of historical cost data and construction procedures. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our estimates and supporting the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares material takeoffs on complex projects, drawings, and plans.
  • Reviews and validates estimates to ensure mathematical and technical accuracy.
  • Develops procedures for preparation of estimates for modifications and additions to facilities.
  • Collaborates with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Leads a small estimating organization and provides guidance and support to team members.
  • Accumulates, evaluates, and documents historical cost data and construction procedures.
  • Serves as a member of the Company's Quality Improvement Team.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Proven track record in Cost & Estimation in civil construction or road projects.
