Job Title: Senior Proposal Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Proposal Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our Proposals Team, you will play a vital role in the development of winning bid strategies for FEED and Detailed Engineering projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to prepare detailed cost estimates for these scopes, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness under tight timelines. You will also be responsible for reviewing tender documents, developing scope breakdowns, and preparing BOQs and resource plans.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong network and market knowledge of engineering companies in Kuwait, as well as a proven track record in supporting high-quality, technically compliant proposal submissions.

You will work closely with internal engineering and proposals teams to develop and execute winning bid strategies, leveraging your expertise in MS Excel, estimation software, and proposals management tools.

In addition to your technical skills, you must possess a strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years' experience estimating FEED and Detailed Engineering projects (Oil & Gas sector preferred)
  • Strong network and market knowledge of Kuwait-based engineering companies
  • Proven track record in supporting high-quality, technically compliant proposal submissions
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
