We're seeking a Commercial Director who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. As a member of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for delivering great service to our internal and external guests.
The Commercial Director forms part of the Hotel Leadership team who collectively makes key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel. This role involves directing and overseeing all marketing activities with the support of teams including Sales, Catering, Conference Services, Public Relations, and Revenue Management for the Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales, Marketing, PR, and Revenue teams to achieve maximum revenue per room occupied.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed their sales quotas.
- Ensure seamless coordination between transient demand and group bookings to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
- Three to five years of experience in related positions with Four Seasons or other luxury organizations.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of all jobs in the Sales and Marketing Division.
- High degree of professional integrity and ability to work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business/Hospitality Management.
