We're seeking an ambitious Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our revenue management strategy, you'll be responsible for optimizing hotel profitability through data-driven insights and market analysis.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Developing and implementing revenue strategies across all segments and distribution channels.">
• Analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies.">
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align revenue strategies with commercial goals.">
• Preparing regular performance reports and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.">
• Ensuring inventory and rate parity across systems, including IHG platforms and OTAs.">
• Driving system optimization and ensuring best practices in IHG Revenue Management tools.">
• Working closely with the General Manager and commercial teams to achieve business targets.">

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A proven track record in a revenue or reservations leadership role, preferably in a 5-star or upscale hotel environment.">
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of market dynamics and revenue management systems (e.g., IHG RMH, Opera, etc.).">
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.">
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.">
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools.">
• A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is highly valued.">
