Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering proactive services to our customers.

  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on how to optimize technology use.
  • You will train customers on new technologies and share industry expertise to improve customer experience.
  • You will analyze and resolve problems effectively, ensuring project milestones are met.

Key Skills:

  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MCEM) deployment, management, and implementation.
  • System Center Operations Manager administration, authorizing, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Ability to utilize MECM environment knowledge to resolve issues promptly.
  • Software distribution, security updates, and desktop software management using MCEM/SCCM and Intune.
  • Prioritizing and coordinating security patches and software testing.
  • Creating packages, collections, and advertisements for distribution.
  • Generating reports and dashboards for planning hardware and software needs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of other System Center products such as Virtual Machine Manager, Service Manager, Orchestrator, and Data Protection Manager.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL configuration and clustering.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Strong organizational, time management, project management, and negotiation skills.
