Key Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Specialist to join our team. As a key account specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with customer business issues and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support of the sales process across products and solutions.
  • Cooperate with sales teams in assessing potential application of products to meet customer business needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations remotely or at customer locations on product value proposition.
  • Build complex, multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations as part of a sales engagement process.
  • Leverage product knowledge to provide technical expertise to internal sales teams, partners, and end users.
  • Develop customer requirements that map solutions, assist with overcoming technical and competitive objections, and accelerate technical evaluation component of sales cycle to close deals.
  • Leverage consultative sales process to prospective users to determine product capability assessment and validation as it applies to the technical sales process.
  • Work on issues that impact design/selling success or address future concepts, products, or technologies.
  • Create formal networks with key decision makers in assigned accounts.
  • Serve as an external spokesperson and evangelist for the brand's vision and associated technologies.
  • Advise and deliver partner training & enablement sessions for Partners.
  • Maintain skills and certifications relevant to the brand and professional development.
  • Stay current with brand's new & competitive technologies.
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science or related Engineering subject.
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience as Pre-Sales Engineer.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills in workshop-driven sessions.
  • Proven self-starter with ability to multitask and set priorities under pressure.
  • Client-focused attitude and a team player.
