Job Title:

A Contract Administrator is required to manage contracts for various projects, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from pre-award activities such as bid invitation preparation and negotiation, to post-award activities like contract submittals, variation orders, claims, and close-out.
  • Draft Invitation to Tender packages for large oil and gas facilities projects and review client contract conditions.
  • Monitor and ensure business provisions of assigned contracts are administered according to contractual terms and conditions.
  • Furnish necessary business and financial information to clients concerning the project.
  • Identify and resolve contractual problems in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science or Arts.
  • Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent professional qualification post graduation experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Contractual Terms & Conditions and Commercial Contract Law.
  • Excellent understanding and experience of procurement and contract administration processes.
  • Middle East/Arabian Gulf experience is preferred but not mandatory.
