A Housekeeping Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by supporting all Housekeeping and Laundry operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistently high operating standards in Housekeeping and Laundry areas, adhering to hotel brand standards.
- Monitor team performance, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Provide exceptional guest service, meeting their preferences and requests on time.
- Manage department controls, including employee scheduling, master key release, and uniform maintenance.
- Coordinate with Laundry Attendants, ensuring efficient operation of the department.
- Make daily guest clothing releases for laundry services.
- Perform monthly closing of Laundry expenses and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Previous experience in Laundry or similar roles.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer programs.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
