Senior Laboratory Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Laboratory Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lab activities, including quality control, sample collection, and analysis.

• Lab Operations: Coordinate lab activities, including quality control, timely execution of incoming requests, and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Sample Collection: Collect representative samples from field locations for laboratory analysis.
• Analysis and Reporting: Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analyses, including crude oil, water, gas, and solid/deposit samples. Prepare daily lab reports as per procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is in working order, perform preventive maintenance, and keep optimum inventory of spare parts.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain service documentation, tool history records, and modification notice files.
• HSE and KPIs: Encourage HSE culture among personnel, consolidate records of maintenance cost, tools down, and other KPIs for management review.

• Education and Qualifications: Good written and reading ability, organizational skills, communication skills, and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Experience and Skills: Ability to work under pressure, long working hours, and good physical condition and health.
• Additional Requirements: English language proficiency, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to conduct meetings with large numbers of attendees.
