Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external corporate lawyers on all legal matters related to the company, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Act as an authorized representative of the company before government agencies, representing our interests with professionalism and expertise.
• Liaise with internal clients to guarantee accurate document preparation for litigation and arbitration proceedings, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
• Follow up and manage various corporate documents, including Articles of Association (AOA), Power of Attorney (POA), and other essential documents.
• Execute court transactions efficiently, including verdict execution and sending legal notices, ensuring seamless operations.
• Review and provide recommendations on corporate agreements, such as Joint Ventures (JVs), Agencies, Subcontracts, Employment Contracts, and more.
• Assist in preparing court cases by interviewing witnesses, drafting briefs, and supporting the preparation of evidence.
• Prepare official correspondence with external government and non-government bodies regarding corporate transactions, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues effectively.
