We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in strategic communication, media relations, and public representation, including experience serving as an official spokesperson.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the official spokesperson, representing the organization in media interviews, press conferences, and public forums.
  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to enhance the organization's public image and reputation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare press releases, speeches, talking points, and executive briefings.
  • Manage crisis communication and media response strategies.
  • Oversee internal communications to ensure consistent and effective messaging across departments.
  • Coordinate with marketing, CSR, and executive teams on campaigns, events, and public engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare performance and sentiment analysis reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in PR and Communications, including public speaking and media representation.
  • Proven experience as a spokesperson or public representative for a large organization or government entity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Professional presence and confidence in high-pressure situations and public platforms.
