Role and Responsibilities

The Technical Field Expert role requires the application of advanced technical knowledge to perform tasks or jobs for various products and services. Entry and intermediate level roles will receive direct supervision in support of their duties and assignments. Senior and fully-qualified level roles will provide direction to junior field experts, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and make recommendations to improve product quality and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced technical knowledge to perform job tasks.
  • Use mathematical models to solve complex problems.
  • Analyze complex data to recommend services and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Effectively manage inventory and supplies required at well sites.

  • Oversee, lead, and mentor field operation crew members.
