Responsibilities

The Operations Coordinator is accountable for the following key areas:

  • Contract Compliance: Ensures all CDRL reporting requirements are met, adhering to contractual obligations.
  • Administrative Support: Provides comprehensive support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Data Management: Collects and analyzes data to inform decision-making processes, generating operational reports, tracking KPIs, and presenting insights to the Sr. Director and MOC Team.
  • Project Coordination: Assists the CSD Operations Manager in planning and executing projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Collaboration: Facilitates effective communication and collaboration between departments and the Sr. Director, ensuring alignment with Directorate goals.
