About the JobWe are looking for an experienced Site Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and driving the involvement of Construction in technical design, schedule, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.
Main Accountabilities- Promote and drive the involvement of Construction in areas of technical design, schedule, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Construction's support providers/contractors and their capabilities.
- Ensure that all construction and completions in PMC are properly managed.
- Quality Assurance – Work within the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, adhering to its provisions and guidelines.
- Safety – Ensure personal safety and implement safe working practices for the BU, following OH&S procedures.
- Responsible for developing layouts for new facilities and specifying, evaluating, and documenting equipment.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Piping, Instrumentation).
- Significant post-graduation experience in the industry.
- Extensive experience in major oil and gas projects.
- Years of experience in the same designation.
- Experience working in large-sized construction projects and responsible for Site-related activities in the respective discipline, including HSE requirements in Oil & Gas facilities environment.
- Preference given to locally available candidates in Kuwait.
