Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering contracts for works and services associated with oil and gas facilities projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-award activities, including bid invitation preparation, evaluation of bids, negotiation, and contract preparation.
- Post-award activities, including conducting kick-off meetings, coordinating contract submittals, and processing variation orders.
- Drafting Invitation to Tender packages for large O&G facilities projects.
- Reviewing contract conditions and proposing comments or alternative text/clauses as needed.
- Participating in negotiating teams to establish contract terms and conditions.
- Monitoring contract administration to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Law.
- Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Relevant post-graduation experience in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, commercial contract law, and procurement processes.
