HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L seeks a highly skilled Marketing & Media Supervisor to lead its MWR Marketing & Media operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations, future planning, and program development of the MWR Marketing & Media operation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Information Management department and other supervisors to create a comprehensive and professional Marketing & Media product for the community.
  • Determine marketing techniques and develop strategies to increase efficiency and bolster participation levels of MWR events activities.
  • Develop and administer periodic/needs assessment surveys, collect data, tabulate responses, analyze data and provide results to managers.
  • Manage media support requests, prioritizing workload and staffing assignments, determines appropriate usage of resources to satisfy PWS requirements and command expectations.
  • Manage graphic design/marketing distribution/media production projects, schedules work and prioritizes assignments.
  • Provide program oversight for all aspects of marketing and media. Receive marketing requests for MWR manager(s), supervisors, and coordinators, prioritize work requirements, and assign work based on deadlines and contract PWS requirements.
  • Develop and publish MWR brochures, newsletters, and print media. Review, edit, and correct visual information products prior to community distribution.
  • Train staff in graphic design, visual display concepts, marketing distribution efforts, surveys, art displays and other marketing requirements.
  • Prepare work plans, programming templates, curriculum for use by facility and program staff.
  • Review program plans and reports; provide program management assistance.
  • Responsible for planning, developing, directing, and coordinating logistical support for multiple, simultaneous, program level activities.
  • Interact with the military and other agency officials, both over the telephone and in person, in a professional and tactful manner.
  • Handle confidential matters (personnel actions, management reports, etc.) in accordance with policies.
  • Provide assistance, direction, and information to employees and grantees as required.
  • Support the achievement of metrics, whether metrics are directly or indirectly affected by this position's work activities.
  • Track and maintain information with Department Managers to ensure all daily, weekly, monthly slide, spreadsheets, and reports are maintained and produced in a timely manner while focusing on quality.
  • Work to achieve goals and contractual commitments.
  • Manage and maintain through periodic maintenance, administrative records and submits program status reports IAW established project operating procedures (POP), standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI) and the contract.
