We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Engineering - Fintech to join our team. As a key member of our engineering leadership, you will be responsible for leading our fintech engineering team, driving technical strategy, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure individual and team growth.
• Develop and implement technical strategies, architectures, and roadmaps to drive business growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions, leveraging agile methodologies and lean principles.
• Ensure adherence to technical excellence, scalability, and security standards, and continuously improve our engineering practices.
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate technical risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
• Maintain and improve our engineering culture, promoting a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on fintech, lending, or related industries.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams, driving technical strategy, and delivering complex software solutions.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, lean principles, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical skills in software development, architecture, and engineering, with a focus on fintech, lending, and related technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and strong familiarity with security, monitoring, alerting, performance, and quality standards.
• Strong background in web application and API design, implementation, monitoring, and scaling, with a focus on fintech and lending solutions.
• Experience with continuous deployment and trunk-based development, and strong understanding of event-driven, microservices, and distributed systems architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
