Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, aligning with business objectives and organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust, respect, and open communication.
Key Responsibilities
  • HR Service Delivery:
    • Provide high-quality HR services that meet the needs of business units and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve HR-related issues and improve processes.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management:
    • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies, targeting top talent and driving business outcomes.
    • Develop and manage talent pipelines, identifying and developing future leaders.
  • Employee Engagement and Development:
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, promoting a positive work environment and improving retention rates.
    • Design and deliver training programs that foster employee growth and development.
  • Organizational Change and Development:
    • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and promote collaborative problem-solving.
    Requirements
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of achieving business outcomes through HR partnerships.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
    • Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills a significant advantage.
    • Ability to relocate for business opportunities.
