As a Business Administration Assistant at Asas, your primary responsibility is to provide high-quality administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This encompasses handling various tasks such as government filings, HR duties, basic accounting, and assisting staff members.

Chief Responsibilities
  • Direct phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Organize and schedule appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Compile and distribute official emails, memos, and other correspondence.
  • Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports and financial documents.
  • Maintain well-organized and up-to-date file systems.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and protocols.
  • Procure office materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate contact lists and databases.
  • Process and reconcile expense reports.
  • Function as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients.
Necessary Qualifications
  • Strong self-motivation, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math and accounting skills.
  • Awareness of office management systems and processes.
  • Practical understanding of office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
