Job Description

In this critical role, you will support LOGCAP operations in Kuwait, focusing on the enrollment and screening of Locally Employed Personnel (LEP). You will be responsible for biometrically enrolling applicants into government-provided systems, ensuring accurate capture and input of iris scans, fingerprints, photographs, and demographic information. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the submission of this information electronically, and your keen analytical skills will help identify potential security threats through Counterintelligence (CI) screenings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough CI screenings of LEPs to identify potential security risks.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive local CI database of all Other Country Nationals (OCNs) screened.
  • Collaborate closely with the local Direct Support CI Detachment to support effective CI operations.
  • Expertly analyze CI data and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and implement robust policies and procedures to mitigate security risks.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Three years of experience in Law Enforcement (Police, Military Police, or Criminal Investigation Department).
    • One year of experience conducting CI/HUMINT operations or LEP screening.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Biometrics Automated Toolset.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clearances:
    • Valid Secret clearance.
