About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Graduate Data Analyst to join our Talent Science team, where you will play a critical role in shaping the future of hiring at Canonical. As a member of this high-performing team, you will have the chance to work closely with stakeholders across the organization, leveraging data insights to drive evidence-based hiring decisions.
With your strong analytical skills and passion for psychology, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective hiring strategies that result in high-performance outcomes. You will collaborate with the Hiring Leadership team to develop and execute innovative approaches to talent acquisition, ensuring that we attract and select the best candidates for our roles.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven hiring strategies to ensure high-performance outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute innovative approaches to talent acquisition
- Analyze data to inform hiring decisions and optimize recruitment processes
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve shared goals
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data tools and technologies
- Possession of a relevant undergraduate degree (e.g., psychology, people management)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Drive and ambition to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
