Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Developing and implementing BIM standards and workflows:
  • Managing the BIM project team:
  • Providing BIM support to clients and consultants:
  • Advocating for BIM:
  • Staying up to date on BIM trends and technologies:
  • Creating and managing BIM documentation:
  • Managing the BIM data exchange process:
  • Conducting BIM training:
Key Result Areas
  • Generating the Pre-contract and Post Contract Bill of Engineering Entry (BEP):
  • Generating the BIM Documents:
  • Generating the General Clash Matrix and detailed clash matrix:
  • Generating the required Parameters (LOI):
  • Provide the required technical advice for the team members:
  • Creating and publishing the Federated Mode:
  • FOLDER structure in required Common Data Environment (CDE):
  • Ensure the implementation within the standards BS EN ISO 19650:
  • Run and prepare the QA/QC checklist:
  • Working closely with BIM coordinators:
  • Publish the Models on BIM 360:
  • Implement BIM training modules:
  • Participate in the process of developing BIM standards:
