Job Title: BIM Technician - Building Information Modeling Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Structural BIM Technician, contributing to the creation of high-quality building designs and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards. As a key member of our design team, you will play a vital role in developing structural drawings and 3D models using Revit Structures and Navisworks.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Create detailed structural drawings and 3D models, interpreting engineering sketches and calculations.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain BIM families, performing clash detection using Navisworks.
• Maintain accurate records and documents, adhering to document control procedures.
• Plan and manage workload efficiently, meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you will require strong technical skills and experience as a Structural BIM Technician, ideally with 5-8 years of experience in similar roles. You should have working knowledge of Revit Structures, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office products, as well as expertise in detailing reinforced concrete and structural steel structures. Additionally, you should be able to interpret architectural, MEP drawings, and understand various types of building structures.
