Role Overview

BanoPuratos, a rapidly growing joint-venture in the Middle East, is seeking an experienced professional to join its team as an Academy Coordinator. This key role involves supporting the Director and Chefs in managing the academy's daily operations, courses, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan, organize, and schedule courses, workshops, and masterclasses, ensuring all resources, materials, and facilities are available for smooth execution.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the point of contact for participants, handling inquiries, registrations, confirmations, and feedback.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote academy activities through social media, newsletters, and digital platforms.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budget allocation for academy events and courses, manage invoicing, and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare reports on course participation, attendee feedback, and financial performance to provide actionable insights to the Director.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of participant information, course schedules, and attendance in the learning management system.
  • Vendor Coordination: Source and liaise with vendors for event materials, catering, and service requirements for academy events.
  • Quality Assurance: Support chefs in maintaining the highest quality standards for bakery and pastry sessions.
