Beauty Consultant

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Consultant - Skincare Specialist to join our team at Al Tayer Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert skincare advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers into the store, build rapport, and identify their skincare needs through asking questions;
• Recommend and demonstrate suitable products, highlighting key benefits and features;
• Offer personalized product recommendations, taking into account individual skin types and concerns;
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, ensuring loyalty and repeat business;
• Merchandise products as per brand guidelines, maintaining visually appealing displays;
• Rotate stock to ensure existing products are showcased prominently;
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene;
• Deal professionally with customer complaints, resolving issues promptly and efficiently;
• Advise customers on in-store promotions, driving sales and revenue growth;
• Provide exceptional till point service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently;
• Follow up with regular customers, building long-term relationships and fostering loyalty;
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time, including customer database updates;
• Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service within the beauty industry;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers;
• A passion for skincare and a desire to continuously develop your knowledge and skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities;
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate administrative tasks.
