Job Overview

A strategic leader is required to oversee the execution of operational activities, ensuring seamless delivery of services while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of operational activities, determining resource requirements, crew utilization, asset utilization, and inventory management to positively impact financial performance.
  • Ensure that operations maintain strategic focus on providing high-quality service to customers.
  • Optimize organizational processes to deliver exceptional job execution with outstanding Service Quality and systematically evaluate results to further improve products and services.
  • Foster and lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure internal processes meet business needs.
  • Conduct regular customer Service Quality Review meetings in conjunction with sales to ensure services, products, and technical support meet customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, identify customer needs, and ensure alignment with sales on pricing for all bids and quotes; offer solutions, set and manage budgets, and ensure quality of job delivery.
  • Provide technical support to field staff and customers prior to, during, and post job.
  • Drive forward change initiatives enhancing business performance.
  • Partner with sales in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of Delivery Tickets and ensure all End of Well data is recorded, reviewed, and approved.
  • Review and approve the final job summary; maintain strict adherence to Weatherford's Delivery Ticket Process and ensure implementation and compliance with FieldFX.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and modifications in accordance with Technical Manuals.
  • Maximize financial results within assigned geography, including forecast, profit, fixed assets, inventory, capital expenditures, payables, and receivables.
  • Assume full P&L responsibility, ensuring business objectives are achieved and customer expectations are delivered in compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal policies and standards.
  • Ensure effective cost management is understood and practiced by the organization.
  • Leverage market intelligence and liaise with account managers, operations, technical sales, and global product line leaders to accurately forecast activity trends and maximize financial results.
  • Interpret, execute, and enforce contracts to maximize opportunities, minimize revenue leakage, and maximize pricing recovery.
