Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site civil works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. They will work closely with architects, MEP teams, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Supervise and manage all on-site civil works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Project Planning: Review and interpret construction plans and technical drawings.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and attend project meetings.
  • Quality Control: Inspect materials, workmanship, and ensure QA/QC procedures are followed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations on site.
  • Support: Assist the project manager in planning and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Education: degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Skills: Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
  • Leadership: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Driving License: driving license (preferred).
