We are seeking an HR Generalist Assistant to support our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L.

About the Job

The HR Generalist Assistant will be responsible for managing employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures. This will involve creating innovative ways to inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

In addition, the HR Generalist Assistant will welcome and orient new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. They will also support the execution of our annual Team Member Satisfaction Survey and act on valuable feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of employee records.
  • Compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Create ways to inspire and motivate the team.
  • Welcome and orientation of new team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, secondary education, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Additional coursework in HR, Employment Law, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills will be a significant advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
