Sales Role in the HoReCa Sector

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to focus on the HoReCa sector, which includes Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the market and a deep understanding of foodservice needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new customers within the HoReCa sector, managing and growing relationships with existing clients, and presenting and promoting food products to key accounts.

Key responsibilities include achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes, conducting market research, monitoring competition, handling customer feedback and complaints professionally, and collaborating with the sales team and other departments to maximize customer satisfaction.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sales pressure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the HoReCa food distribution sector in Kuwait.
  • Existing client network is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of all Kuwait regions (for customer visits and delivery coordination).
  • Valid Kuwaiti driving license and transferable visa (18).
