Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireline Field Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training: Organize, conduct, and participate in the training of other engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • HSE&Q Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSE&Q) standards by promoting their respect, understanding, and implementation.
  • Field Operations: Lead local HSE&Q programs and meetings with management support, control quality services during operations, and ensure high-quality product delivery to clients.
  • Maintenance and Supplies: Maintain equipment readiness through systematic internal maintenance, update equipment status in the internal system, and ensure availability of supplies at the wellsite for operations.
  • Investigations and Support: Lead investigations into service quality issues with support from the Service Quality Manager and promote a culture of safety awareness.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in wireline logging operations, preferably from top international service companies.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: WHE Pressure Control Certification (10K), Train the Trainer Certification, and a degree in Engineering.
  • Skills and Abilities: Leadership qualities emphasizing service quality, health, safety, and environmental responsibility; effective communication skills; ability to oversee FEs/FSs and crew performance; willingness to work under high-demand environment conditions; physical capability to respond immediately to emergency situations; and adaptability to new environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Kuwait Society of Engineering Membership.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to upholding HSE&Q standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading local HSE&Q programs, conducting field operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to clients.
