• We are seeking an experienced Field Service Specialist - Pressure Control to join our team. As a key member of our field operations, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers in the oil and gas industry.

About the Role:

• ">
• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or diploma from a certified college and at least 9 years' experience in wellhead and Xmas tree installation.">
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Offshore Services providing innovative, adaptive technical solutions and support to customers is also required.">
• The candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspect equipment prior to it going offshore and work closely with workshop teams to meet loadout deadlines.">
• You should also have a strong understanding of technical drawings and the ability to use company e-tools to retrieve technical documents when required.">
• In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience in installing and maintaining Surface Wellheads and X/Tree's (Offshore): HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature); Metal to Metal, Quick Lock Connectors.">
• You will also be responsible for performing field repairs of valve actuators and using hydraulic tools – pumps, running tools, bolting tools etc.">
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with cross-functional teams and providing guidance to junior staff members.">

Key Responsibilities:

• ">
• Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration after installation.">
• Respond to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment.">
• Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer sites.">
• Maintain knowledge of applicable product line warranties and accomplish effective warranty administration.">
• Plan, prepare, and/or instruct both internal and external training programs as required, to impart and perpetuate field engineering and/or product knowledge in area of specialization.">
• Provide leadership and technical direction to skilled labor performing work on customer sites.">
• Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within safety standards.">
• Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages.">
