Job Title: Maintenance Technician

The role of the Maintenance Technician is to perform Corrective, Reactive, and Planned Preventive Maintenance on assets in various locations. This involves managing hard and soft services such as MEP, kitchen equipment, hood servicing, fire protection systems, etc., ensuring efficient maintenance while implementing industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reactive Complaint / PPM: Respond to complaints within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) with response times of 4, 12, or 72 hours. Gather spare parts within 24 hours and maintain work quality according to industry standards.
  • Planned Preventive Maintenance: Monitor external vendors and/or perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend asset lifespan.
  • Corrective Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal performance.
  • Cost Saving: Minimize external vendor jobs by personally rectifying issues, ensure spare parts are replaced only when necessary, and advise supervisors on major repairs.
  • Growth and Customer Focus: Aim to improve customer satisfaction through daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Personal Growth: Enhance skills and efficiency through courses and training programs.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-5 years in restaurant and general maintenance.
  • Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in Field Management System, MS Office, and using phones/computers. A valid driving license is required.

Education:
  • Technical Diploma: Preferred qualification.

Language Skills:
  • English: Proficient language skills are required.
  • Arabic: Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.
