About the Role
  • This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing visual merchandising across multiple store locations to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • The successful candidate will lead a team of visual merchandising professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high-quality displays and consistent execution.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate visual displays into overall business objectives.
  • Maintain ongoing analysis and evaluation of visual merchandising performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines while adapting local displays to meet store environment needs.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse teams and customers.
  • Creative vision and strong commercial awareness of fashion trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Work Details
  • 6 Days a week.
  • 8 Hours per day (rotational schedule).
