We are seeking two talented Graphic Designers to join our creative team—one focusing on digital design and the other on campaign design. Both roles will be essential in creating visually compelling content that enhances our brand presence and engages our customers across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

For Both Positions:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative design concepts that align with brand objectives.
  • Create high-quality graphics for various media, including social media, email campaigns, print advertisements, and in-store displays.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and design software, applying best practices to enhance the creative process.

Digital Designer:

  • Design and produce eye-catching digital assets for social media, websites, and online advertising.
  • Optimize graphics for web and mobile applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to conceptualize and execute digital campaigns.

Campaign Designer:

  • Develop creative concepts and visual themes for marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions and product launches.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and other team members to create cohesive campaign materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail or marketing environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
